Previously called X1 Standard Support, X1 Software Assurance provides many benefits beyond X1 Basic Support.

With the subscription based X1 Software Assurance program, you gain immediate access to our Customer Care team via a dedicated Support Portal along with access to all product updates and new product releases during your subscription period. Your subscription includes:

Track your open cases and provide feedback
Priority response to your initial case submission (36 business hours)

X1 offers first time trial users 14 days of Standard Support. Evaluation customers can interact with Customer Care by using the email address they used for initial download and by filling out the following form.
